Terms and Service for Decision Decks

Welcome to Decision Decks, a product of Kingswood Security Consulting LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Decision Decks offers scenario cards that test your judgment, decision-making, and critical thinking skills in the area of safety and security ("Service").
By accessing or using our app ("App") available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
1. Use of the Service
The App is designed for users who are at least 18 years old. The Service is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the Service for any commercial purposes, including selling, loaning, taking screen shots or otherwise distributing the scenarios or any content provided through the App.
2. In-App Purchases
The App requires a one-time purchase fee, payable through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All financial transactions are processed by these platforms, and the Company does not collect or hold any personal or financial information related to these transactions.
3. Intellectual Property
All scenarios, content, and materials provided through the App are the property of Kingswood Security Consulting LLC. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, display, give away for free or payment any content without the express written permission of the Company. Taking screenshots of the scenarios for commercial gain or any other unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
4. Data Privacy
All data collected will be within the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Decision Decks does not collect, store, or hold any personal or financial information from its users.
5. Termination and Account Deletion
Purchases are valid for the life of the Decision Decks app. There are no provisions for account deletion as Decision Decks does not collect personal information.
6. Warranties and Disclaimers
Decision Decks scenarios are designed to test critical thinking, judgment making, and decision-making skills. While the scenarios aim to simulate real-life situations, Decision Decks is not responsible for any adverse outcomes from the decisions that users make based on these scenarios. Decision Decks cannot guarantee safety or specific outcomes from any choices that users make after engaging with a scenario.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to use the App in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other users from fully enjoying the App, or that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functioning of the App in any manner.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms, or the App will be governed by the laws of Minnesota, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. All disputes will be resolved by arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA.
9. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
